The item will ship from our warehouse in China within 3-5 days from the time of the purchase. Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for the item to arrive. We will only ship to the address provided at check out.
The package will ship with either EMS or ePacket services; both offer tracking which will be provided to you within 3 days of the purchase. If you do not have your package within 45 days of your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund.

We can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of the purchase. After this time the order is being processed at the warehouse and it no longer can be cancelled.

We accept returns within 14 days from the day the item was delivered. The item must be in the original condition it was received, including the original packaging. You can only start a return after you contact us.
You will be provided a refund upon returning an item in the original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable in case of buyer remorse, if the package is being sent back to us due to incorrect address or due to unpaid customs or duties.
