We can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of the purchase. After this time the order is being processed at the warehouse and it no longer can be cancelled.

We accept returns within 14 days from the day the item was delivered. The item must be in the original condition it was received, including the original packaging. You can only start a return after you contact us.
You will be provided a refund upon returning an item in the original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable in case of buyer remorse, if the package is being sent back to us due to incorrect address or due to unpaid customs or duties.
