We offer free shipping for all orders $100 + within the US. For orders under this amount the shipping is $6.95 for the first item then $2.95 for each additional item.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are being processed at the warehouse within 1-2 days from the date the order was placed. Once the order ships you will be provided with a tracking number.

You can contact us and require cancellation within 12 hours from when the transaction took place. In all other cases we will cancel your order if the item has not left the warehouse or if it did you can start a return and send it back once it arrives to you.

Orders are being processed within 1-2 business days and they usually arrive within 7 business days in the US from the day the order was placed.

If the tracking # indicates delivery but you have not received your package check with your mailman, building managers and neighbors. Most times in this situation the package was likely misdelivered which can happen sometimes. If you still do not have your package 3 days after delivery contact us and we’ll do our best to offer a resolution asap.
