Shipping

The item will ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois within 1 business days from the time of the purchase via USPS. Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 4-6 days for the item to arrive. We will only ship to the address provided at check out.

Tracking

The package will ship with either First Class or Priority Mail; both offer tracking which will be provided to you within 1 business day of the purchase. If you do not have your package within 10 days of your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations

We can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of the purchase. After this time the order is being processed at the warehouse and it no longer can be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the day the item was delivered. The item must be in the original condition it was received, including the original packaging. You can only start a return after you contact us.

Refunds

You will be provided a refund upon returning an item in the original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable in case of buyer remorse, if the package is being sent back to us due to incorrect address or due to unpaid customs or duties.
